React, LLC (“React”) takes its responsibility in safeguarding your personal data very seriously. We know that your privacy is important to you. It is important to us, too. That is why we want you to know about the personal information we collect, how we use that information and with whom it may be shared. This Privacy Policy applies to the provision of our services and applications, including through the websites,, and, and to all products, services, mobile apps, and websites offered by React, and to the services and content we provide through businesses, networks, mobile devices, and websites operated by our partners (the “Services”). It describes our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information about people who use our Services. It does not apply to any other information collected by React. By using any of our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service (published separately).

React may change the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time, and without notice. Please check back periodically for any changes. The date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy provides details as to when the Privacy Policy was last revised. Your use of the Services constitutes your agreement to this Policy and to any changes.


React, through the Services, collects personally identifiable information, including your first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, gender and mobile phone number, that you provide to us voluntarily, such as when you register with,, reactive games or applications sponsored by React such as Super Squares™, or request information about or from,, and reactive games sponsored, hosted, or created by React. We collect your birth date, in order to ensure that you are old enough to use our Services. In order to register for some Services, including as a game player, you will also be asked to create a screen name, username, and password, and to provide the city, state and ZIP code where you reside. We refer to these types of information that can be used to identify you as the person providing the information as “Personal Information.” You are not required to provide Personal Information. However, if you do not, you will not be able to fully register and therefore will not be able to use most features of the Services.

You may also be asked to provide demographic information, including your education, income level, marital status, political affiliations and race. You are not required to provide any of this “Additional Demography Information” in order to register or to use our base Services, though certain of the Premium Services React provides may only be made available to those who provide Additional Demography Information.

In addition, we may collect information in the course of your navigation and use of the Services, such as the browser you use, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the Internet Service Provider (ISP) you use, the addresses of sites and pages you visited before coming to one of our websites, while visiting our websites, or in leaving our websites, and other information. We may use “cookies,” “web beacons,” or other electronic means to collection this information. You can set your browser to reject cookies, but that may limit your use of some convenience features on our websites and the Services.

Our websites and Services are not intended for those under 14 years of age and many of our Services are restricted to users 18 years of age and older. If you are under 14, please close this window. We do not, and will not, knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 14 through any of our Services. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a child under the age of 14, we will without notice delete such information from our records, including that person’s account and username.


Personal Information is collected through our Services and used by React, who is responsible for the Services.

React may use user-provided Personal Information to contact you about products or services (including special offers and promotions), to send service notifications, to respond to your customer service requests, to improve the Services, to conduct research, to solicit your feedback and input about the Services, and to provide more relevant products, services, and advertisements on or through the Services. Personal Information collected from you may be combined with information collected from other sources so that React may improve the Services. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from React.

React does not currently share your Personal Information with other businesses. However, React reserves the right to share your Personal Information with other businesses React has selected to work with us, so that they can assist us in promoting React products and services, or so that those businesses may send you information about their own products and services, including special offers and promotions. If React chooses to exercise this right, you will be given the ability to opt out of receiving communications from those businesses.

React may use your Personal Information to send you information about products and services of other businesses. You may opt out of receiving such communications.

React may also share your Personal Information with partners who provide our games or other services to their customers. If you register with React through one of our partners, we may share your e-mail address and ZIP code or postal code with the partner through whom you reached us. Our partners may use that information to contact you about their own products and services, or for other reasons. If you wish not to receive email from these partners, you may opt out of receiving these communications and in subsequent promotional communications from them. Note that partners are not bound by this Privacy Policy and they may collect information about you, including Personal Information, independently of React. You agree that React is not responsible or liable for any partner’s collection or use of information about you. Please ask the individual partner(s) about their respective privacy policies.

React may also use your Personal Information to enter you in contests or sweepstakes in which you choose to participate, to give you status updates on contests, to notify contest winners, to verify contestant eligibility, and to award prizes. Your Personal Information may be provided to third parties who administer our contests, sweepstakes, and prize redemptions, or provide you with other services you request.

React may disclose your Personal Information in response to a subpoena, warrant or other legal inquiry or order, to an investigative body in the event of an actual or alleged breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required by law. React may also disclose your Personal Information as we deem necessary for your protection, for the protection of other users, or for the assertion or defense of legal claims. If React is sold, merges with another company, or declares bankruptcy, some or all of the information collected from you may be transferred to a third party as a result.

Aggregate information about the use of our Services by you and others, which does not include Personal Information, may be disclosed to third parties for a variety of purposes, such as enhancing the Services, developing new services, promoting our business or the Services, and obtaining advertising.


In order to improve our Services, and to provide more convenient, relevant experiences to our Users, we and our partners and agents may use “cookies,” “web beacons,” and similar devices to track your online activities. For reference only, a cookie is a small amount of data that is transferred to your computer by a web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your identification card and enables us to record such information as your password and preferences. It cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. A web beacon is a small transparent image that is embedded in a web page or email used to track when the page or email has been viewed. A similar device may be used by which a site or service may send data to a server when a set of user-initiated events occur. This device is similar to a cookie in that it tracks your visit and the data can only be read by the server that receives the data. It is different than a cookie in that it is not browser-based, may not function as an identification card, and does not store any data on your computer.

We may also collect data about your activities with the Services for use in providing content and advertising tailored to your interests; if this occurs, you will be able to choose whether or not to have your information collected for such purpose.


The Services may include interactive and social media features that allow you to submit and share your screen name, Public Profiles, text, photos, links and other content (collectively, “User Content”). User Content that you submit to React or share using the Services, including any Personal Information you choose to include in your User Content, becomes publicly available and can be seen, collected and used by others. By submitting or sharing User Content, you understand that it will be publicly available, and that React has no responsibility for how such information may be used.

In addition, certain user profile information (including your Personal Profile page) is shared on our systems and websites. Registered users are displayed by screen name (or username) on our website along with information about location(s) where you play React games. Also, you may have the ability to invite a friend to join React. When using these features an email to your friend will be sent on your behalf and will come from the email address and full name on your account. If you choose to use these features, you understand and agree that information about you (including your name and/or e-mail address) may be provided to other users of the Services. React has no control over the content of messages you may receive from other users, and you understand and acknowledge that React is not responsible for the content of such messages.


Once you begin receiving promotional materials from React, via email or other forms of communications, including from or about our business partners at any time through the Services, our site(s) or our applications, you will be afforded an opportunity to opt out, either via email, or at

The Services may include advertisements and links to other sites. By “clicking on” an advertisement or link, you may be directed to third-party sites or services. These third-parties may collect information from and about you, including Personal Information. These third-parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and React is not responsible for their privacy practices, the content of their sites, or their products or services. These third parties may have their own privacy policies or statements and we encourage you to learn their practices before providing information.

We may also use third parties to provide advertisements, or to monitor certain parts of the Services for the purpose of reporting website traffic, statistics, advertisement click-throughs, or other activities. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, or other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous information about your use of the Services. However, no personally identifiable information is collected by or transferred to anyone as the result of this advertising or monitoring, except for information you may provide to advertisers.


React has security measures in place designed to protect your Personal Information under our control. React has taken reasonable steps to securely store Personal Information that is submitted to React electronically. Please be aware that, despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of the Personal Information you provide to React.


If you have submitted Personal Information to us electronically, and would like to update or correct that information (or to request that information be deleted from our records), please visit the website and follow on-screen menus and directions to update or request deletion of your information. We will use reasonable efforts to correct or delete the information from our existing files.

If you no longer wish to receive future communications from React, you will have the opportunity to opt-out in subsequent promotional communications.
