Bigger Game Updates

February 7, 2021

7:00 PM EST 2/12 – The Bigger Game® III winner – Steven, screen name “DrGopher,” was announced last night on Twitch, and we all had a chance to meet him live, as he learned that he won a Rivian Electric Adventure Vehicle.  Check it out at

NEXT UP – Look for our hockey version going into pilot mode in the next 2-3 weeks.  Wild for hockey, anyone?  😉

6:00 PM EST 2/10 – – Good news – all Leaderboards now reflect the “Core Scores” and all but the 3 highest scoring Game Group Winners have been posted in the Winners Report!  Want to meet the winners? Tune in to Twitch at Thursday at 2/11 as we’ll meet the 3 highest scoring players and award one of them the Grand Prize of a Lifetime – a brand new Rivian!

Thank you to all the players for their patience.

6:00 PM EST 2/9 – Thank you for your patience.  We have concluded reformatting of scoring databases and are able to create new Game Group Leaderboards using only Game Show points derived from Player activities from the Game Break (3 Predicters, 2 Reactive Ratings and Quizzes, and the 4 Super Squares assigned randomly to all Players who complete their Game Break).  This “Core Score” will be used to select our winners.  The Core Scores of Game Group Winners will then have Booster Points added (if any of up to 3 were earned during the 12/10 – 1/24/21 Tournament Cycle), to arrive at a Final Score for Bigger Game® III.

All results will be compiled and reviewed tomorrow morning; final results will be posted after the winners are contacted via Zoom and announced live on Thursday evening, February 11th, at 8:00 PM, viewable at

11:00 PM EST 2/8 – 24 hours after the Bigger Game®, we have reviewed the various errors created when servers did not respond to players attempting to receive Bonus Points during the 1st quarter.  After review of the results, and in order to provide the most fair response following the traffic congestion and hardware malfunctions after kickoff, we are working with our developers to post final scores based only the pre-game results of all 12,700+ contestants.  This will provide the only accurate scoring that places all players on an even playing field – there is no ability to replay yesterday’s game, and we do not believe players will want to wait until September to replay a live game between Tampa Bay and Kansas City.

We will require 24-48 hours to rescore all Game Groups based only on your 3 Predicters, 2 Game Break ratings and quiz questions, and the 4 Super Squares received over the course of the game.  PLEASE BE AWARE THE SCORES AND LEADERBOARDS ARE NOT ACCURATE AND WILL BE CORRECTED SHORTLY.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

11:25 AM EST 2/8 – Servers have calculated results for review. Bonus Reaction points (post kickoff) were not available to some players during the first portion of yesterday’s games due to resource allocations. Several leading sports video and gaming sites experienced significant outages during the first quarter, which appears to have been addressed (like Super Squares) by the 2nd quarter.

Most players appear to have access to leaderboards (Game Group and SkyBox) which are reflecting results that contain bonus quiz and ratings points that are still being reviewed. We will attempt to review the hundreds of thousands of reactions collected today and will share our findings this evening at 8 PM EST.

10:39 PM EST 2/7 – Please monitor this page over the next 24 hours.  We’ll be posting updates periodically in advance of our live stream Monday at 8 PM EST on  Thanks for your patience.
